Refund & Cancellation Policy
Hiscock & Co Ltd (company number 16271445), trading as Hiscock & Co — Regulatory Compliance ("we", "us"), sells digital download products only. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Your files are delivered immediately after payment by email and a secure download link.
The nature of our products
Every purchase is a set of editable policy, forms and checklist documents delivered electronically. Because the product is supplied instantly and can be copied, downloads are treated differently from physical goods.
Your right to cancel (UK & EU consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once your download has begun, where you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you therefore lose the right to cancel. By completing checkout and starting your download, you agree to immediate access and accept that the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies.
Refunds
- If you have not yet downloaded your files, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will cancel your order and refund it in full.
- Once the files have been downloaded, they are non-refundable, because the product has been supplied in full and cannot be returned.
- If something is wrong — a corrupted file, a broken download link, a duplicate charge, or you received the wrong product — contact us and we will put it right or refund you promptly.
